6 teams in two different brackets/divisons: Senior A/B and Recreation C/House 
3 Game Guarantee 
$575 entry fee per team 
$200 down payment due by October 1, 2004 
Balance Due by November 1, 2004 
This tournament is limited to 12 teams. Entry will be decided on a first-come, first-serve basis, based on when the down payment is received. 
Entries must meet level requirements. If level is deemed to be different from what is on application, entry may be revolked.
